A TV/VCR unit is available upon request at $10 a night

(No cable available.  I do have a limited stock of videos available that are complimentary with the rental of the tv/vcr unit,  but you might want to bring a few of your own as well!)

Reservations:   are recommended and can be secured with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) and a deposit of half the amount due either debited to your card or you may send us a check.

Cancellations:   made 48 hours prior to the reserved arrival date are given a full refund minus a $5.00 cancellation charge (or 3% of the deposit taken whichever is greater)

**There may be a one week cancellation policy for holidays. Call to inquire whether your stay is affected by this**

Check in time:    4 P.M. please call if you need to check in earlier or later.

Check out time:   11 A.M.

Pet policy:     2 cabins are set up to receive pets, let us know if you need accomodations for your pet.  All dogs must be kept on leashes when outside cabins to be respectful to our neighbors and the resident cat :)

Group reservations: A deposit of 20% of the amount due is required for a reservation. A further 30% of the total amount (to add up to half the total amount) will be due 2 months prior to the reservation date. Cancellation must be made one month prior to reservation for full refund minus a cancellation charge equal to 3% of the deposit taken. (This option can be changed or adjusted according to management discretion)
